Fun Little Update

Hey, you $10+ Patreons! Hi! I'm on vacation! But I was free, and sometimes I thought I'd give you all something worth your higher pledge. Just now and then.

Today we'll look at a top 5 ranking of [Lords] in the world based on combat prowess. Naturally, each [Lord]'s Skills are informed by the focus his class has taken (or even specialized versions of such classes), and their actual Skills are unknown to all but themselves. However, in terms of public opinion/analysis, these are widely considered the best in the world in the following order:

1 - Lord Belchaus Meron, or Lord 'Bel' to his friends. The famous [Lord of the Dance], considered the most eligible and powerful [Lord] in the world. Tyrion hates his guts. He's a strategic and combat genius and might also be one of the best dancers in the world, in battle or on the ballroom floor. Has single-handedly defended his coastal kingdom and much of Terandria during wars and is considered one of the reasons why the continent is so unassailable--ships have to go around his waters if they want to invade. Or they sink.

2 - Emir Yazdil Achakhei. A Chandrarian [Slave Lord], one of the famous Slave Traders of Roshal. Possesses wealth beyond most [Kings]. Has an army of servants, countless magical artifacts...battle prowess unknown, but he has triumphed in some very messy civil wars in Roshal and his political skill has instigated more than one continental war between nations. A chill guy to hang out with. And a [Slaver].

3 - Lord Tyrion Veltras, hero of the Second Antinium Wars, scion of the Veltras family. Regarded as a war hawk, possesses a very powerful private army and a number of ancient artifacts. Not a fun personality. His wife recently passed away and his relationship with his children is distant. He has enemies. Oh, does he have his enemies. But he's also really scary to fight so they tend to duck when he walks by. All of them except Magnolia, that is.

4 - Lord Imor Seagrass, aka Capain Seagrass. Whether or not he's a [Lord] is a matter for debate -- he's a [Stormlord Captain] and no one's pushing him on whether or not that qualifies him as a proper [Lord]. Affiliated with Baleros, his fleets actively avoid clashing with the Minotaurs or raiding fleets belonging to Wistram or other big nations. Actually, he's mostly left off his pirating ways and his fleets are one of the reasons why most ships survive the continental journeys across the seas to deliver goods. Mind you, he gouges people on the price. In combat potential alone he might challenge any of the top 3 [Lords], but his forces are all sea-based. And apparently, that doesn't mean as much as land. Racist land-lubbers.

5 - Lord Himler Operland - A [Lord] of Rhir and one of the foremost vassals of the Blighted King. Largely boring compared to the rest, but a dedicated soldier who defends his lands with vigor, if not originality. Easily impressed by anyone who can fight against the Demons well. Has a son.

And that's all for now. Note that the names of each [Lord] may change -- Tyrion was one Tyron, for instance, but the details may pop up in the future. How far in the future and how much this matters is a secret for now. You can mention this in the Discord chat by the way--just don't reveal all the details by copying + pasting. Otherwise, what's the point in knowing more than everyone else? Up to you all, I suppose.

Hope you're all having fun and stay tuned for an update before the 6th! I wrote a side-story and will publish it before returning to the regular chapter on the promised Saturday.
