And here we go....Bio-Broly...Worst DBZ Movie Ever. Next time on Dragon Ball Z....Fusion Reborn! And that's the Last Time we see Broly in the world of Dragon Ball Z until Dragon Ball Super brings him back! But, we need to Finish Dragon Ball Super anime series first to get to the movie
2023-06-10 22:17:56 +0000 UTCYyyyyyeah... Bio Broly is kinda considered "rock bottom" for the Z movies. Just a really weird, really short flick where they took a character people liked and turned him into the Toxic Avenger, while fighting Goten and Trunks. 18's involvement is pretty much the best thing about the movie, and most of that is just the first half. Nothing notable or memorable about the action, the climax just kind of peters-out with a false-climax fakeout... Even Return of Cooler, despite being about as short and not as well animated, still had the novelty of being the first movie to include Vegeta and had some memorable moments. The sad thing is the most recent film from last year, "Superhero" actually has a ridiculous amount in common with Bio Broly despite having a bunch of laudable aims at its heart, namely drawing the focus to a few historically neglected characters.
