So, this March, I started going to the gym (Btw it's my first time XD)
At first, everything was kinda simple, maybe because the gym coach said we just needed to condition our bodies first. So, the first week's workouts were just the basics.
But now... dang, I started lifting a gym barbell! It's kinda funny because before, I used to see other gym-goers using just the barbell stick, and it looked super light. Then they added weights and lifted it like it was nothing. But now, when I tried lifting the stick without any weights, I was shocked! The stick itself
Was heavy! 😭 Also, I’ve tried different workouts and gym tools now.
Now, I'm really amazed at people who stay consistent at the gym, lifting heavy equipment. I hope someday me too (not lifting heavy stuff), but at least staying consistent with my workouts. T u T
