Another month down! This has been an interesting one. Ups and downs, but currently in the ups. I'm well into arc 3 and having a blast writing it!

Book one should wrap up in, like, a month and a half? Patreon has ten chapters to go by my current outline. I'm really excited for the end of this arc and I've been so gratified by patron reactions to some of the big moments so far. I hope everyone enjoys the final stretch.

Once the book is over, I think I'm going to take a two week break... to work on a secret second project :) I've been chewing on this for a while (before TMGM, even, when I was still working through the end of Feast or Famine) and I'm finally getting to a state where I might have actual chapters soon. So, look forward to that... eventually!

I also want to write a pair of articles: one about the lessons I learned from FoF and applied to TMGM, and one about the mistakes I think I made with the first book of TMGM that I want to learn from going forward. I talked in the Discord about the process of writing this book and how individual decisions can come together in fascinating ways, and I want to talk more about writing and share those thoughts. I think the process of writing can often come off as very opaque to those who don't have much experience with it, and I'd like to do my part to shine a light.

Also... I announced an initiative on one of the RR releases: if I can reach 3,000 followers, I'll commission more art for the story! That's almost certainly going to happen, so I I have started that process. First up: Strix Striga, aka Sophia.
