It completely ruins the flow of the story and skips all the buildup to these moments by cutting out so much content that you aren't even aware of. I don't know who in their right mind would agree to butcher their own work like this. After the Oshi no Ko finale turned out to be so bad and how much hate he got for that, Akasaka has just proved once again that he’s a terrible writer who can’t handle his own stories. He clearly loses interest in them as soon as they become too complicated for a logical conclusion. As a fan of the Kaguya sama manga, I can't even express how disappointing this is. Seeing a series I truly loved being tossed aside like it’s nothing is honestly heartbreaking

Deciding to skip 80+ chapters of manga, basically 2 seasons of additional content, to rush the story and then do an anime original ending that has nothing to do with the actual story is just insane. I honestly think it wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that Akasaka might be one of the worst and most disappointing famous mangakas of the modern day just for the fact of not being able to properly conclude the stories he's writing
