His comrades miss him so dearly, and the story does such a perfect job of showing what an amazing person Himmel was. He may not have been the true Hero, but he earned that title in virtually every meaning of the word.

You think you're safe, a cute date episode then they bring in Frieren and Himmel searching for a cat and the screen gets blurry. A rousing fight with near death moments to get the heart racing and the a tranquil moment to calm down and we get Himmel's speech and blurry screen again. By now it's Pavlovian, Himmel on screen eyes get blurry, how do they keep doing this?
