What we do know from the anime and manga is that: 1. Kirara was initially thought to be a man by Panda, who hasn’t seen or heard of her in years. 2. Kirara wears a skirt, has boobs, and speaks in a feminine voice. 3. Kirara has a physically and emotionally intimate relationship with Hakari, an implicitly heterosexual male character. 4. The characters who initially used masculine pronouns for Kirara stopped doing that soon after meeting her. 5. There is no previously unmentioned male Jujutsu sorcerer in the story who Panda could’ve mistaken for Kirara.

Like, whether a character is or isn't, just take what's actually stated in the show for a fact and leave assumptions out of it. Far as I know Kirara is never actually explicitly confirmed to be trans. I don't care if they are or not, but people need to stop stating it as fact until it IS. Like, people seem to have forgotten we've had decades and decades of manga/anime characters that are just femboys. Or hell, just a little quirky.
