Even if the hotel knew Rita was pregnant there is no way for her to prove without a doubt they fired her because she was pregnant. So they can fire her with no punishment or fault. Even if Rita did try for a lawsuit they’d just push the date out until she’d give up because most Americans cannot afford constant lawyer fees

You have to prove in court if discrimination or anything super unlawful and it is VERY hard to prove and win. and yes I work in a At Will state and it suuuuuuucks.
