That AI/targeting shit is so sad to hear and unfair, didn't realize it was so bad to point of left/right sides on thumbnails. Even infuriated, you still approached it reasonably and calm, they really should give you a full human written apology (no contracts for support is also crazy) and overturn it all back! Treat everyone equally!
