the basketball court wasnt in the white house it was in the back lawn where a tennis court is and they litterally added basketball hoops and lines on to the court to make it usable for both tennis and basketball, no demolition or change to the white house itsself that was a couple thousand at most. "his own money" its litterally from donations from amazon apple microsoft lockheed coinbase and more, like thats not corrupt or unethical at all
