Just my opinion

What's crazy to me is the parallels of Oda's life and Kuma's, a dad that doesn't get to see his own kids that often because he's working to give them a better future at the cost of his own health. To all the good dad's and the one who stepped up I thank you for all you've done.

I think it could’ve been even better if Bonney came to the realization that Nika doesn’t have to be a real person to be found, but an ideal to be taken up by others. That way, she could’ve had the realization that Kuma was her “Nika” all along.

It hurts in a way that doesn't really feel bad, cause you know it's what Kuma wants and that he accepted his fate. The hands breaking before his until it reaches bonny where his hand is the one to finally break, damn it gets me every time it seems.

I sobbed, really fucking hard when I read that and when I saw this episode the first time. Theyre words that I could have used when I was younger. They're words I wish I could have said to someone very precious to me. Kuma's story, while the most painful part of this whole god blessed tale, to me is also the most important. His life, his impact on the whole world and the way his spirit never faltered through it all is something I think everyone needs to experience at some point or another, because I think the biggest takeaway from it is how much love and kindness can stand to meet insurmountable odds time and again, and can ultimately change the world. I want to believe in that message more then anything.
