So just rewatching this but I think something that gets forgotten because how long ago it was. But Orochi to get Kanjuro to do this entered a suicide pact and since Kanjuro failed to blow up Onigashima he returned to fulfil the pact so both he Orochi would die.

Its ok to point out that all the people who talk about after the battle on Wano side. Always refer to it as the New Dawn. As the Sun shinning on Wano. Everyone from the straw hats to the samurai. Also to note. A few really cool bits. The Original Pirate group of Fisher Tiger. The man who freed slaves. And that was Jumbies original group. Was the Sun Pirates. Its why they have the sun Tattoo. Makes you think that maybe Fisher Tiger Knew the Legend of Nika. And even back in Sky piea. When they Drums are going in the end. And its after the battle and the guy thinks they are War Drums. We see him come out to see luffy sillouted in the fire in a similar pose. We also hear about the sun god for the first time here. From a Tribe with roots back to before the void centry. (They were FAR behind modern times when Nolan found them 400 years ago.) This ties up a lot of points. But opens so many more. Ones we are STILL learning about.
