The source material had a "good end" (where shirou's spirit is summoned into a doll) and a "bad end" (where Shirou dies) to this route. The ending of the movie seems to combine the two?

2025-05-04 15:20:31 +0000 UTCThe Fate series has an ungodly amount of mythology and lore that no mere mortal should ever try to fully comprehend. The writer, Nasu, has been exploring the universe of Fate for over over 20 years now. Though I think the characters and his perspective on philosophy is what truly keeps most people attached to the series. I love the Fate stuff that wasn't written by him, but even though he supervises every project, a lot of them just ring a bit hollow in comparison
