Schedule Updates
Added 2025-03-12 06:39:01 +0000 UTC(I haven't been able to find a place to download the anime movie Perfect Blue, so even though it won the poll handily, it will have to be the second movie I do because I need to find time to screen record it)
1) Tier 3 Changes
Perfect Blue won the Tier 3 movie poll and 4 movies tied for second. I chose Across the Spiderverse because I've already got it downloaded. I'll do Dune 2 after that because that is also been downloaded. So movie dates:
March 21st: Across the Spiderverse
April 4th: Perfect Blue
April 18th: Dune 2
May 2nd: Black Mirror Season 7 begins (if the release date rumors are true)
2) Fate/Stay movies/series
I'm doing the 3 movies next, and after that will do the second series. Because of memory limits, the movies will have to be via Google Drive. The series will go back to embedded video. Movie release dates are:
March 22nd: Heaven's Feel - I. Presage Flower
April 5th: Heaven's Feel - II. Lost Butterfly
April 19th: Heaven's Feel - III. Spring Song
May 3rd: : Second Series begins
3) Castlevania Nocturne
I missed last week's episodes so 4 episodes will drop late Thursday night/Friday morning.
4) New Tier 1 Anime Series
Usually I do a movie in between series, but I'm skipping that for now so I can have time and memory space for the Tier 3 movies. Therefore the next thing we're doing is Stein's Gate. That premiere will be on March 24th, the week after Frieren ends.

I've downloaded the first 18 episodes of regular OG Steins Gate so we're good there. That's good advice about checking the dub if something is confusing. Also, I plan to record in bunches rather than 2 a week so that I can follow things more easily. And, yeah, I'm definitely rewatching the first two episodes since its been a year or more since I last watched it.

2025-03-12 21:59:44 +0000 UTCFor Stein’s Gate, I think I commented about this a while back, but I wouldn’t mind if you did a rewatch reaction of the first 2 episodes, but it’s cool if you prefer just rewatching/reviewing off camera and jump right to 3/4 for the posted reactions- I think this series will work better as edited rather than watch along like you initially did the first 2 episodes, the ability to pause and rewind will be helpful- especially since there are some moments with multiple “text” conversations as well as what’s being said on screen- the dub is really good too imo if you ever want to try it or just check out any moments that aren’t clear in the subtitled version- also, make sure it’s not Stein’s Gate 0 when you’re screen recording, that’s the follow up series
