I just opened up the site, it is there. Just remove the parts at the end that begin with the /anime/boruto-naruto-next-generations and see if you can at least open the website. If you can, then you'll have to search for the anime there on your own. I thought I was making it easier for you by directing you to the site's episode list. There's nothing wrong with the site, anyone can access it to watch not just anime but regular cartoons. When you search for the anime on the main site make sure you type in its full name Boruto Naruto Next Generations then press enter you'll then be redirected to two options with the sub and dub, that's where you'll click the one that doesn't say subbed and you'll have access to all 293 episodes in English that aren't tv edits but the full versions of the episodes. One other way to redirect to this website is go to another website called everythingmoe.com which provides links to various anime pirating sites but make sure you click the correct one; what you do is scroll down the section that says anime streaming and you go down a long list of links. There you're going to click on the one with three simple letters called WCO, I believe it's currently ranked number 13 on the list and you will be redirected to the website I provided for you. If that's going to be too complicated then just try the first method I suggested with just going to the site which is https://www.wcostream.tv just try typing that and see if you can access it.
