This is the 1970 anime. Weirdly, the show ends abruptly about half-way through the manga. Then the 1980 show just picks up from when the 1970 show ends and continues to cover the rest of the manga. The manga ran from 1968 to 1973 and the show was entirely in 1970 so the manga wasn't finished when the 70s show aired leading to this situation (it's kinda like FMA2003 and brotherhood, except if FMA2003 just ended when it caught up to the manga and brotherhood came out a decade later, starting where 2003 ended).
