My Hero Academia Episode 6-14 and 6-15
Added 2024-07-06 10:52:04 +0000 UTCLet's do a round table discussion here about Midnight's death. Was it earned? Should they have shown it on screen in a more dramatic way? I can see it being necessary because when you have a 13 episode fight, you need consequences. Real loss. That's important. So I get the need for it, I just wonder if it could have been executed (no pun intended) better? Your thoughts?

The image of the All Might statue with that “I am not here” sign really hits me every time I see it- and I think the idea that they’re portraying with this aftermath, so many people needing help, but the heroes being overwhelmed and not seeming to understand things like triage is at least partly because they didn’t need to deal with situations this bad when All Might was the active number 1 hero- just his mere presence was a crime/chaos deterrent, so up until now, it was objectively easier to be a hero

2024-07-06 23:49:05 +0000 UTCA while back, you might not remember, but I mentioned getting spoiled on a death by checking out wiki/fandom pages while trying to just familiarize myself with the characters more- I think I was in the middle of watching season 2- and I was spoiled on Midnight because (deceased) was under her name and picture- I wasn’t even seeking her out lol. And yeah, they didn’t show her actually being killed on screen, but we did see a bunch of villains- PLF members fleeing from the villa- approaching her as she was lying on the ground right after she had been giving Creati instructions to help bring down Machia
