Shigaraki recovered his early memories during the Deika City incident- he was remembering them as we were seeing them, and presumably those memories coming back contributed to his quirk power up

2024-06-27 13:13:05 +0000 UTCI think they showed Creati hesitating not only because of her history of it, but also because these kids are only supposed to play a limited supportive role in this operation, and remember most of them haven’t been easily as reckless as Midoriya, Bakugo, Red Riot, Icyhot, etc, she even went along on the Bakugo rescue mission to ensure they pulled out the moment it got too dangerous
