And, I don’t believe any of the kids were any of the same ones we saw before- most of the towns look very similar to one another- they all rely on a plant to keep the natural desert/sand terrain on this planet from taking over. I think it’s interesting that Vash befriends children very easily wherever he goes- the adults are intimidated when they hear his name, but the kids just see a peer who’s more of a pathetic dope in need of their help lol

2024-05-24 10:55:58 +0000 UTCAnother thing I want to point out that I didn’t really pick up on or pay close enough attention to to get on first watch (over 20 years ago now), when Vash and Wolfwood were sitting watching the one on one matches start, Vash has small stones or pebbles in his hand- and he apparently threw one (or maybe more than one) at the point the guys were shooting at each other- the guy is only hit in the shoulder, and Wolfwood leans over to Vash and remarks about how he’s good at changing trajectories and must not like watching people die- and later on, maybe just before the final starts, the officials make a remark about there being no fatalities this year, which is very unusual given the nature of the tournament. Is it just luck? Maybe we’ll find out lol

2024-05-24 10:37:07 +0000 UTCIf you go back to episode 1 in the very first scene we meet the girls, Millie’s sling breaks and the gun drops to the floor hitting a table on the way down- causing the edge of the table to clock a guy in the face lol- so I assume the gun is strapped to her hidden under her clothes
