got extra employment, charges paused for next month

Ive been approved to be employed as an extra worker for the postal service where i live. I did some temp work for them during the holidays, and that contract ended 2 weeks ago, but i told them id be available to continue if they wanted me.

The other day i was approved for being employed as an extra worker. I will on average work about as much as a worker that works 40%, and can at most work 200 hours a month, but atm thats enough.

This means that i will get payment next month for work i do this month, so i will pause charges again for next month

I dont wanna continue charging unless i have to whilst i still have a backlog to go through, and yeah, i will be getting to work on that. I recently got my pc upgraded and ready for windows 11 when its offered, fixing alot of crash issues i had previously that, oddly enough, required me to run a game in the background almsot at all times or my pc would crash. That issue has been fixed.

I will rummage through my backlog and see if i can find a fun request to start with so i can get back in the groove with doing at least a few coms from the backlog, then try to get into the daily routine again like i was so good at when i first started.
Man things seemed so simple back then, then uni and covid and real life came a knockin.

Oh well, with some sort of money comin in from another source, i should be able to wittle down my backlog, and perhaps once im done with the backlog i can finally justify raising my prizes, reducing my slots maybe, and get back into a steady groove where i dont feel guilt for taking so long, when i know i can finish doodles within an hour once i actually sit down to draw it.
