December Update
Added 2022-12-01 22:20:15 +0000 UTCI was pretty nervous about putting out the SAY demo back in November. I had no idea how people would respond. But it really looks like it's going well here!
It feels like I've got the ball, so I'll try not to fumble it.
Speaking of which, I've planned out the 0.1 patch. This post won't have any major spoilers.
There's going to be a bit more content than I said in the November update.
0.1 Patch will have:
1.) An entirely new area, with slightly more content than the forest. The forest had 3 scenes, and the creek will have at least 4.
2.) You will be able to start building up your camp's home. Titi and Marna will have their own rooms.
3.) Once your partners are in their own rooms, you can visit them, building tight relations with them and getting to know them better! This will likely be the bulk of the patch.
4.) And of course, gameplay features that didn't quite make the cut for the demo will be in-- like swapping between your earned skills.
I don't have a firm date for the 0.1 patch yet.
Back in November, I assumed that it would be ready late this month. While that's still technically possible, I shouldn't have set a date this early in the patch. There's still plenty of animation work to be done, and animations can vary wildly in time taken. I'll set a more firm date when all of the animation work is done, and show previews along the way.
Character card previews will be coming soon, so you all can see the patch's new succubi. I'm pretty excited :)
Thank you all for playing, and I hope to have more for you soon!

2023-02-03 19:00:11 +0000 UTCHey Bismuth, thanks for playing! As much as I'd like character customization, I don't think it's an option for me, unfortunately. Below are the technical nerd-reasons. There will be choices/customization in other ways, though, like choosing your negotiation skills, and alternate scenes for characters based off of your choices. I'll try not to have the player model distract too much from the real focus of the game. (The game is made with pre-rendered scenes, so models aren't actually "loaded in" for players. This is great for performance on low-end hardware, but every variation in a scene would become exponential bloat.)
