BFTN: Shantae Wins a Bikini Contest

Since she had the best bod in the contest along with a cute enough bikini design, she won the contest by a landslide. Because this has never happened before, contest rules did not disallow these tactics and the judges are not entirely sure if they should for future contests. A possible compromise would be to hold a separate contest for those with access to this type of magic.
