Jack's First Birthday Party

It had been a while since Natasha the Goblin adopted Jack. She even brought him to the rehab clinic she worked at so she could give him some physical therapy session to get his strength back up and Jack was feeling much better now that he had fresh milk to drink instead of eating garbage. Sure, he still threw up every now and then, but his body had a lot to get rid of and this change of diet was pretty major. Jack's favorite place to ride and nap during the day was Natasha's shirt pocket. It's not like she had big enough boobs to keep him in her cleavage, so her pocket worked. Jack loved it because it kept him hidden from the big scary world that surrounded him.

Once she had some time off, Natasha brought Jack to Lucille's hospital for a scan and a check-up. The scan told her everything she needed to know about Jack. His vitamin deficiencies, his stomach sickness, his weak bones, and even that his birthday was tomorrow. Natasha was given some formulas to give her breast milk a vitamin boost and arranged his next check-up. Armed with the knowledge that tomorrow was Jack's birthday, Natasha knew what to do. She got him to sleep, put him in her shirt pocket, and buttoned it closed as she got in her car and drove to a micro care and toy store. Natasha went on a shopping spree with a plan.

The next day, Natasha dropped Jack off at the clinic, but left him with another worker. Jack went back to his scared ways as he didn't know this new strange woman, but Natasha trusted she wouldn't do anything to hurt him. After giving Jack some loving petting and telling him to be good, Natasha went home and brought what got the previous day into the house. She set up decorations, got started on a cake, and wrapped his presents.When everything was set up, Natasha drove back to the clinic and picked up Jack. The worker she left him with said Jack was mostly well behaved, but spent most of the time crying for Natasha as she was the only giantess he felt safe with. She gently picked him up and put him in her shirt pocket before driving home. 

Once she stepped through the door, Natasha opened her pocket and let Jack see the house. Jack saw streamers, a happy birthday banner, three presents, and a cake all for him. He was confused. Well, more confused than he already was. After spending most of his life afraid of the world, he found a caring mother and was having a birthday party in less than a year.Since Jack was getting hungry, they went to the cake first. It was a strawberry cake with chocolate frosting and rainbow sprinkles. Natasha cut herself a slice and gave Jack a small portion of it. For Natasha, it was just an average tasting cake since she's not the best chef. For Jack, it was one of the best things he'd ever tasted. Once they were done with the cake, Natasha put the rest in the fridge and moved on to the presents. She placed Jack on the table so he could get a close look at the gifts. The first present was a toy called a dream dragon. It was a big stuffed dragon with a kangaroo-like pouch micros could sleep in and had a dreamcatcher embedded in it to protect micros from nightmares. The next present was a soft fluffy sleeping bag with a built-in pillow Jack could sleep in inside the dream dragon's pouch. The third present caught Jack off guard as it had nothing to do with sleep. While the first two were pretty much a new bed, the third was a cloth bag with a drawstring. Jack was confused until Natasha explained that it was a game called Command Coins. Natasha opened the bag and laid it on its side and told Jack to give her a coin and she'll do what it tells her to. Jack went into the bag and gave her a coin. She read it and told him he was so cute that she just couldn't resist petting him. Before Jack could react, she moved him to where he was lying down on her thigh. While the sudden pick-up had Jack worried, he relaxed as she began gently petting him from the top of his head down to the end of his back. She even rubbed his sore wings a little. After a couple minutes of petting, Natasha put Jack back in the bag and he gave her another coin. She told him that being a micro made him the perfect size to suck her nipple. Since Jack knew her nipple is where milk came from, Jack raised his arms to signal her to pick him up. Natasha put Jack in her bra cup and he began drinking her milk until he got full. Knowing Natasha liked it, Jack continued sucking even after he was full and ended up with a food coma. Seeing this, Natasha put the coins back in the bag, put Jack in his new sleeping bag, and tucked the bag into the dream dragon's pouch.

After cleaning everything up, Natasha brought the dream dragon with Jack in it to her bed. Taking a close look at it before turning her light out, she saw something she had never seen before. Jack was smiling in his sleep.
