This is the exclusive fr December 2019. I was somewhat inspired to do this work because of the The Thing movie prequel where they were looking in peopleโs mouths for a clue as to who was infected. That idea of having a weakness sometimes makes a monster in a monster movie more exciting. So I applied it to this parasite. It needs to be connected to the hostโs brain for possession, but still needs to be connected to the digestive and reproductive organs. I imagine this parasite needing to make sure people donโt see the back of the throat of the host.
That is also why this paraite is so thin, so that it doesn't block the hostโs airway.
