Thank you newborn mason for giving me 1 single drop of dopamine while making this otherwise miserable episode (i knew one day I would have to draw entire eps of The Boomers and their Terrible Marriage but somehow its even worse than i dreaded). Let me know your thoughts.

I feel like Doug and Renee wanted kids of their own. I bet Renee was unable to concieve and Doug was resentful of her because of it. I bet he was never happy with the idea of adoption. (Some people have this weird notion they have to preserve their bloodline π) Also not sure if Doug is really racist or just an asshole. This is such a wonderful comic. I wish I could have it all in print one day. π
