131. Fixed version update

The one with 1.0 at the end of the file name is the latest version.
This revision has reduced some of the sound effects which I think are too loud, enhanced some of the dubbing, and adjusted the accuracy of the dubbing so that it matches the lip-sync better.
(Please don't forget to remove the old version of 131. to save storage space.🌸)
By the way, I've already started working on the next animation.
The characters have been decided, and I'm currently looking for a new voice actor.

這次修正, 減輕了部份我認為過大的音效、加強了部份配音、以及調整了配音的準確度，令到配音更加配合口型。
