It looks like Kim is starting to embrace her femininity & enjoy the company of men, & their attraction to her, as well as her attraction to them. She may say her transition is a tactic for this little alley cat to continue having a nice home with her master, but I think she's actually enjoying being a woman, which sets up her decision to become complete as a woman.
