Through November I've continued tinkering with the resource prototype I posted last month. Once again, this is very early game design exploration so it's not erotic.
How to play:
Unzip all of the zip's contents somewhere.
Double click on game.html and it should open in the web browser of your choice.
Thoughts:
Last month I was musing about merging cash and mana, but instead of that I felt I needed to implement more of the big conspiracy board of minigames before drawing conclusions.
I've redesigned the way you recruit minions. The hyper-abstract thing where you request acts of devotion from them didn't seem like it was ever going to be fun so I've gone back to a rudimentary version of FC1 sex encounters.
There's a new minigame for fighting off the periodic lair invasions.
There's a new minigame for raiding your enemies' dungeon and rescuing anybody they've taken prisoner. Or just looting the place.
You can get captured if you really blow it during the invasions or raids. There's a menu of things you can trade for your freedom.
You can find consumable items in one minigame and use them in another. I'm excited to expand on this -- items are a lot more flavourful than counters.
Things I didn't get to:
There's a jail on the surface, but no way to trigger it, and nothing for agent minions to do.
Still no transformations or anything for apprentices to do.
I hope you find the prototype interesting and I'm eager to hear what you think about this direction.

Next month I'll be going back to Fleshcult 1 and producing an update themed around Saturnalia, the pagan winter festival where householder and servant switch places.
