New for August: Xeno Zone
Added 2023-08-28 08:44:02 +0000 UTCIt's been a while since I've done a side project, so here's Xeno Zone, a text dungeon crawler about parasites. You are a stalker, exploring the Xenobiological Exclusion Zone and facing dangers to both body and mind.
To play it, unzip, save the file somewhere and open it up in your web browser of choice. Zipping it seems unnecessary, but Patreon won't let me upload plain HTML files any more. Weird.
In my last few side projects I've been filling out my range of Javascript code libraries. This time it's a storylet system that lets me export random encounters, items, and resources from a spreadsheet. I get that parasites are definitely not everybody's thing, but at least there's some progress towards minigame months where I spend more of that month writing smut and less of it writing code.
I'm also doing some interesting things with status effects. I haven't seen an RPG where status effects get into fights with other status effects, so that's new. Hope you enjoy it!

2023-08-28 11:42:58 +0000 UTCso, there's only one ending, where you team up with Daphne? Pretty cool game concept, gotta say. this would certainly be fun as a full game. Oh, and what's with the inventory tab on the left? as far as i can tell there's nothing you could actually have there?
