I know iy tends to spoil the intensity , however I would rather enjoy the Story and great art work than pulling my subscription due to the lack of satisfying material being unavailable due to my own incompetence. Once done, browse your phone's file manager and find the "MEGA" folder; you will find the apk, and from there you could install it. You must have permissions allowed for unkown files through the settings BEFORE installment of the apk to prevent potential interruptions.
