Circling back to this poll with one more future suggestion. In my defence I hadn't seen it at the time the poll went live. And this is probably a redundant suggestion, given the (justified) hype it's almost certainly on your radar anyway and just awaiting the digital release: One Battle After Another (Paul Thomas Anderson, 2025). The shortest 2h40m movie you will ever watch.

2025-09-30 06:24:29 +0000 UTCWanted to recommend this film Called DiDi. I went to school with the director/writer and would love for his story to been seem as much as possible. It's about the town we grew up in and the story of a second generation Chinese-American teen. The film also gives off very nostalgic vibes for the mid 2000s.

2025-09-24 07:02:18 +0000 UTCIt isn't winning, but I'm glad that Primal Fear is in the mix. I love that movie. With any luck, it'll be viewed at some point in the near future. 🤞🏿

2025-09-23 12:09:35 +0000 UTCThis is a tough list. Inside Man is a bit lighter, but Zero Dark Thirty is supper realistic (based on real events).
