Hi mark, by "page where you launched" do you mean the link you clicked here on Patreon?

George Simone

I go to the .ca page and click on the no-sync pics there. Never a problem on Firefox or Chrome. The only problem I find on your pages is that both the home symbol and back arrow on the final screen of a movie send me all the way back to the home page, instead of to the page where you launched it. Not a huge problem, but irritating.

I used to have to use Brave to watch the no-sync version, but it suddenly started working with Edge as well, so now I use that browser. I haven't investigated what the problem was - I assume it was either a bug that Microsoft fixed in one of the many recent big updates or it was some caching problem.

hi PJ P, others with similar experience have found that certain extensions like Privacy Badger was the reason for the player not working specifically on Firefox. do you have that extension or others like it installed? if so, disabling them for our site will likely resolve the issue.

George Simone

I access the no-sync version on both my phone and desktop. Not sure if it's a setting issue or the browser itself, but the Cinebinge player does not work on my desktop (using Firefox). It will open the video but the buffer will stay at 0:00/0:00 and not load even if I click play or reload the page. So I just use the streamable player which is fine.

I tried using the new website but was not a fan of having to go page by page looking for movies to watch. Much more prefer the tags on the patreon site. I can see all of the movies/franchises on one page, just need to scroll up and down. Much more convenient.

hi Jasper, so PiP mode is something done via the app rather than the site. in this instance the app would be your browser app.

George Simone

I've just noticed that your player doesn't allow for Picture in Picture playing. I sometimes use this feature and would love to have it if possible. Thanks!
