Despite being a grandmother, Seiko has a youthful appearance with long, snow-white hair tied up in a large top knot. She is known for her beauty and often mistaken for Momo's mother. Seiko is a chain smoker and is always seen with a cigarette. As Santa Dodoria, she wears a mask, sharp finger-tipped gloves, and a cloak, leaving only her top knot visible.
