You should definitely go on a trip. Don't stream at all and take an actual break. If you want to post photos after then do that after. I've been reading a lot on burnout and imposter syndrome because I was doing content creation and feeling unskilled in the space. My mom also has issues taking breaks and not talking about work constantly so I bought her the book Rest by Alex Pang. I read the Kindle version and it helped me create boundaries and have chill time. I'm going back to college for legal admin so crossing fingers I'll be okay (AuDHD kicks my butt sometimes.).
