It would be "Poepkoning", not "Poopenkoenig" though. "Poopen" would sound more like "pope-en" and Koenig sounds like a transliteration of the german Kœnig (Now mostly written as König). "Gigantische snoepbillen" may be fictional, but it was at least correct Dutch. You even got the compound of "candy butts" right. :-)
