Beeps, Melon, and even Millefeuille are all naiive in their way xD Oh, and Winslow. May is... well, not *mature*, but definitely adult. Pintsize is Pintsize. Oh! Nelson seems pretty mature. With a weird streak, but still definitely mature as far as AIs go.

Yay, as you say, is about two and yet is remarkably immature (as Roko enjoy pointing out). Momo is at least twice that age, appears much younger, and is probably one of the most mature AI in the cast aside from Bubbles.
