Playing the Burger Oni persona may actually be good for her. Going by her facial expressions, I think she might be handling it pretty well even if she hates it, because she understands they're all acting like idiots. Nonetheless, a few years of talk therapy is usually a good idea for most of us. I should probably make another stab at therapy. (Attempt. I mean attempt. No stabby.)
