After staring at this comic off and on for the last day, I have realized absolutely everyone in panel 3 is squinting, staring, or side-eying at Moray with dismay. Even the AIs are taken aback, and the mom has that 1000-yard stare.

Edits for clarity: @VladVin: as far as I know it's not explicitly stated when he moved related to high school, I'm not sure it was too much more specific about when he moved during college even. Someone with better memory or faster at reading through the archives could get you an exact answer. I don't know if the old comics have been made easily searchable by keyword or not, someone ought to do the OCR work if they aren't. They are not.

I'm curious how she isn't constantly rippling from movement, but moreso I think I'm curious how waves move through a 3d object, such as Moray when she lands that (rather impressive) jump. She can't be super viscous or she wouldn't have sprayed out when she sprang a leak. Needless to say we need more Moray lore.
