The mind boggles, DaGoblinFather.
I tink Renee is gonna make Yay an offer they can't refuse...

To be fair, some of us have instantly recognized how ridiculous Yay's plan is because we've done it ourselves. Past me so resembles Yay in today's strip (aka the one after htis one.) I mean, it wasn't in a bakery, I wasn't wearing that outfit, and I didn't do the "so incredibly full of myself" hand gesture that anyone who read up to this strip would just know Yay would do, or for that matter any other hand gesture one might reasonably predict Yay might make, but otherwise...
When I was Yay's age, would I have recognized it? Obviously not, because I was much older when I attempted it.

I can't help but feel Yay is the best dressed and certainly most fashionable of all the characters.
EDIT: Pint Size is a close second....

Side note: Where's Brun at? Feel like we have't seen her in years.

Yay may have all the tact and subtlety of the average war axe, but if their work with Bubbles is any indicator, they could still wield their power and influence with scalpel precision.

He should thank Yay for trying if nothing else.

Off topic, but listening to Pivot and hearing Kara Swisher call Jeph out by name for his Elon Musk tweets was a real “when worlds collide” moment for me

It's also not just that AI's in general are still learning, it's also that most of them are /incredibly young/. A lot of them are essentially children with adult-level skills, knowledge of facts, and intellect.

"Voltron composed of Melon, Lemon, Punchbot, and Pintsize" with Yay as the head. I so much want to see this.

I remember seeing a post somewhere that said the AIs in QC are still learning how to participate in the human world and sometimes don't get it right (of course, the humans aren't batting a thousand either) . . . but Yay might be making a bigger hash of it than a Voltron composed of Melon, Lemon, Punchbot, and Pintsize could ever hope to.

What's interesting is that there are several people in this comment section who make no secret of having autism, or social anxiety, or just being socially awkward, yet all of us have instantly seen how ridiculous Yay's plan is. One wonders if it's just meant as a troll against Clinton.
