2022-10-17 13:26:20 +0000 UTCYeah, I get it, still sucks. They figured out on-demand configurable drunk & sober, can upgrade their bodies at will, can usually go to sleep whenever they want for presumably however they want; anxiety is just one more human flaw they need to figure out. :)

Anxiety is part and parcel with sentience; any brain capable of both higher thought processes and complex emotion is capable of hyperfixating on 'what-if' scenarios to the point where it creates a feedback loop. The AI in this world are capable of everything from love and hate to body dysphoria and sexual attraction, anxiety is just another card in the deck.
