Remember at this point they are still in the midst of a delicate procedure. Faye was endangering the patient by arguing with the surgeon. Having her leave was the best decision. For the patient, for the business, and ultimately for their interpersonal relationship. Faye was very close to saying somethings that can't be unsaid. Which any of us readers know she has a history of doing, especially when she knows she is in the wrong and is butthurt.

That is incorrect. Faye screwed up a medical procedure, on a nonhuman. And when Bubbles, a member of the nonhuman ethnicity, correctly pointed out the error. Faye responded in a manner that was dismissive, and ethnically insulting. And then she doubled down on by defending her mistake. Bubbles called Faye on her behavior. Faye refused to acknowledge the insult or the extremity of her error. And there was no apology or sincere acknowledgement.

Faye did nothing wrong. She made a mistake, then reacted to Bubbles' passive-aggression in what I would argue was a proportionate and understandable way. Bubbles took it personally when Faye said she was "bein' shitty" (which I would argue she absolutely was) and kicked Faye out of the shop that belongs to both of them. Faye didn't act perfectly, but Bubbles initiated and perpetuated the issue.
