Turns out the staff was eating a reject pizza and the poor delivery kid got handed the box they were eating it out of instead of my order. He was absolutely mortified, but I told him it was all good, and even gave him a little extra for having to make the second trip. It almost certainly wasn’t his fault, and he looked traumatized.
