Join the Discord Server! (Revised)
Added 2022-10-14 18:08:06 +0000 UTCBy popular demand, I have decided to create a discord! It's patrons-only right now, though this may change in the future. Regardless, patron-only content will remain patron-only! The server is mainly a place for patrons to chat casually with one another and share content that they like... or content that they make!
Joining the server is 100% optional and is not required to receive any updates or benefits. (This includes content such as art posts, announcements, polls, and more!)
To join, simply follow these steps:
1. Go to your settings on patreon (this has to be done on desktop, it won’t work with the app) if you're a patreon "creator", you may need to switch to "patron" mode!
2. Go to where it says "more" and click where it says “connected apps”
3. It should ask you if you want to link your discord - click connect!
4. After you sign in with your discord, you will be automatically connected and join the server with all features enabled!
If it worked, your name in the server should appear in orange and you should have the role of "Islander" (to match your patron tier!).
If your name is NOT shown in orange, or if you are unable to use basic functions (like having url previews, using outside emojis, viewing certain threads) you may have to log out/in of these apps or repeat the process. I'll do my best to grant patrons the proper role manually if I see them!
