But if Arthur is someone different who looks virtually identical except for the kind of tie worn, then Nelson and Arthur have been in fierce competition. Possibly Nelson with his paperclip versus Arthur with his fire extinguisher. Now the biggest question in my mind is why do I keep wanting to spell Arthur as Aurthur?

Doesn't seam that there is much personnel and I assume it's either a local NPO or at least a local branch of a larger one. I know the local things like the Lions club or vet's club in my area is only got an handful of people running them.
