Faye Speaks Fairy I Guess?

Comments

That is a very small reindeer.

*Fluent* jive!

Jim and Rachel Trigg

not sure that Faye speaks Fae necessarily. I thought that Fairy Girl was quite clear in each panel.

Joe

*Jangles. Unless this is a different one from the one in 3325.

Trigon Manthree

And I for one fully support her in this effort. ;)

Churchill (formerly TeaBear)

Wait, is this ungulateophobia or ungulatophilia?

Paul Grodt

I like that idea a lot.

Lucanid Landman

Foreshadowing....

W. Scott Meeks

Should have added a faint smell of tea just to mess with Bubbles' head....

David Howe

SKY CLAD!

fairy girl does social media?

jimbo

She's shed a few layers, perhaps because she has the reindeer to keep her warm now? Perhaps she'll have gone full wood nymph by the next sighting?

Chris Gallaty

same (also in portland)

Ashley Thomas

I love that union robotics is so well known now that it is fairy girl's goto solution when she need a robot ER.

Bagge

Bubbles' meeting with a reindeer went much better than she feared :-) https://questionablecontent.net/view.php?comic=3333

Yola Leroch

A small reindeer, would that be a drizzledeer or passingshowerdeer?

Thomas Boys

Can Bubbles hold me next?

Dylan T

Does every fantasy figure in town resemble Penelope Gaines?

And she would name it Arthur!

Cleo Schmitz

"This friggin' town"

Bagge

Bubbles is on a quest to hold every cute animal in existence.

SpookyPenguin

Gmail offers to translate this post from Lithuanian to English. Is this a hint for fairy language?

Jonathan Price

She does it for the lo lo lols.

Sleepy John

That is an awfully small reindeer. I want one!

Ian Wolfe

I see her vocalizations and in my head I just hear Moe from the Simpsons harmonizing “mo me mo mi, may mi mo me!”

James C

They could at least check him for scorpions.

Jeff Hartley

Speaking English in 2423 Fairy Tale https://questionablecontent.net/view.php?comic=2423

Constantine Hannaher

And the town fairy told Emily that she didn't grant wishes, but played tricks. Now, what if speaking English and telling Emily a tale was in itself the trick.

Michael Boettger

And now that he's at Union Robotics, maybe Bubbles and Faye can let him talk things put with them. Couldn't hurt?

Michael Boettger

Digging the <i>Scooby-Doo</i> eyes on Faye in the last panel.

Seth Aaron Hershman has they she pronouns

I visit Noho a lot, and I wish it were half as weird as it is in QC. I’d be there a lot more if that were the case. X3

Val

Emily used to stalk her a little. She didn't mean it in a creepy way she just found the local fairy girl very interesting and made a hobby of tracking her sightings and following her around town. Still was weird that nobody took any effort to gently correct the behavior.

Mitchell Sealy

I'm laughing here. It was great meeting you at Gen Con!

John Fiala

Jeff, I say this in all Seriousness, If you ever come to Portland, I will gladly buy you the refreshment of your choice to enjoy with an Inappropriately shaped pastry and walk with you on a tour of the fair City.

Michael Sanchez

Beat me to it.

Ted Van Roekel

Links, please?

Amanda Miller

Wait-we've seen Fit Fairy before?

jeff fearnow

You know she's not a REAL fairy, at least that's what she told Emily.

Jim Feldman

I would think after spending that much time around them he'd be comfortable with them, am I missing something?

Nascha Morrison

Perhaps only Pintsize can trigger her English.

BobC

Reindeer: "This beats the HELL out of hoverboards!"

BobC

We've seen the fairy girl speak English before, is she just seeing how long she can go with this? because that sounds fun!

PBManning

Bertram has never been held before and finds it to be a generally favorable experience.

Adam Friedlander

well, I'm afraid they may have to reign on Bubbles' parade.

Peter McDevitt

Faye speaks fae.

Emma Humphries

ok bubbles holding that reindeer looking so happy is just the cutest thing. she apparently needs a pet.

Ashley Thomas

Well, in Old English, Faye means fairy, so...maybe she naturally speaks it?

Joel Bateman
