re pro tip, you ideally want to wrap the hands (protecting the knuckles), and tape the wrists. The untrained will, half the time, sprain their wrists.

Pro tip: if someone who can't hit vents by hitting a bag, they will tear their knuckles all up. (Unless they are a robot.)
