Depends on if he managed to save the missing arm and bring it with him (and if there's anything in the torso besides support structure). If they just have to fabricate a new torso and arm case for him, that might not be so bad. All that plus building a new arm, probably worse.

Also, I imagine that goes under "expensive repairs." They will def make rent if they charge adequately for their work.

I really like Bubbles and Sam's dynamic. she is treating Sam like a person who is perfectly serious about her request (which she kinda is), and responds appropriately. I ALSO really like Punch Bot :P. Sam might get to see a robot arm being manufactured. ;)
