That's all fine. I'm not trying to instigate anything nor tell Jeph what to do. It's his comic, he's been at it for years. He knows what he's doing. This is just what I felt when I read it this morning. It's just an opinion that I felt like sharing. And I stand by it. That is all.

From my perspective, May was just trying to win the argument and accidentally revealed a deep personal truth.

I remember when people were flipping out about $PREVIOUS_JEPH_STORY, but all the concerns were unfounded because Jeph knows how to write. Good times!

Jeph. I like your comics but don't get too happy go lucky. That was a really good opportunity for some character developing conflict. Also people don't tend to open up that easily in my experience, especially when they had a reason not to. I only mean this as constructive criticism.

As cute as this is, there's a conflict of interest here, May was almost certainly in need of a space to process her reaction to Winslow's new body. Court mandated therapy with the person her stress and frustration has been focused around isn't a great power balance.
