Okay maybe I'm seeing levels of symmetry that are not there. But there are two panels where you can see both of bubbles' eyes one panel where you can see one of her eyes and one panel where her eyes are closed so you can't see either of her eyes. Now count the same thing for Faye.

So the sweater is made of flour, water, sugar, and vegetable oil? And baking soda and some coloring agents, but it's just cake with creamed filling. ("Creamed" and not cream--it's sweetened hydrogenated oils and/or fats.) They aren't healthy but they're no more plastic than they are metallic alloys. Sorry, sorry, spoilsport science teacher guy here.
