If we're genuinely giving butt advice, I've found Bulgarian split squats to be the best for me - you set up to do a normal back squat (but with way way less weight), but with a bench behind you; lift one leg and reach back, placing the top of your foot on the bench, so you're kind of in a lunge position, but with the rear leg elevated, and proceed to squat.
Often balancing is tricky, so start very conservatively with the weight - I'd say empty bar and probably don't go over 50% of your back squat max.
Advantage of these is that, since you're using a barbell, you can easily add weight, enabling you to keep getting that butt bigger & more powerful.

Actually, "donkey kicks" (DKs) are the fastest and easiest path to killer glutes (AKA "bubble butt").
To do DKs, get on hands and knees (cat-cow position), then gently swing each foot upward, keeping the knee bent at 90 degrees, pausing briefly at the top of each rep for a good squeeze, then gently bringing the knee back to the floor. Do as many as is comfortable on one side before switching to the other side.
It is important that the leg have minimal momentum: Don't do a big push at the bottom to get the leg moving, and don't let it drop from the top. Go no faster than 1/2 second up, 1/4 second squeeze, and 1/2 second drop. Two seconds per rep is ideal. Don't let your hips roll at the top: Stop and squeeze when the upward limit is gently reached.
Slow and steady is the way to go if you really want those glutes to pop!
Advanced: Do DKs from the plank position (elbows and toes down instead of hands and knees). Bend the knee, do the reps, then straighten the knee after the last rep. Stay aligned: Don't let your hips dip or raise or twist! Super-Advanced: Advanced + raise the opposite arm. Both let you work the core while doing DKs.
EDIT: If you have trouble raising each leg, your hip flexor tendons are likely too tight (a very common condition, especially if your job has you always sitting in a chair). Search for GENTLE hip flexor stretches, and do a set before the DKs.
